A truly stunning near mint example of Omega's famous Chronostop drivers style wristwatch from 1968, with unpolished original finish stainless steel case, stunning pie-pan style deep grey dial with a rare and very comfortable deployant buckle strap.  Such an unusual and unique timepiece, this watch was originally marketed to be worn under the wrist so to be easily visible and functional as a timer while driving.  The case on this example is near mint, basically unworn with just a few very light imperfections if you look closely.  The sunburst style brush finish around the signed original crystal is near perfect with sharp polished facets around.  The original stamped crystal displays the factory printed dial.  I just love the look of those wedge shape hour markers with the cream colour luminous dots and red chrono hand.  The leather part of the strap has been updated beautifully to match and the buckle is extremely cool in look and design, and adjustable to fit a range or wrist sizes.  A truly rare and beautiful example of this cool and unique Omega creation.
