A stunning example of 1940's high Art Deco design, this incredibly stylish Staybrite steel pocket watch by Arsa is a beauty to behold.  Every detail is considered, from the smooth rounded edges of the thin profile case to the gently sculpted bow, to how the roman numerals intersect with the outer minute track of this incredible two tone dial (numbers 1,2 and 3 are my favourite).  It is a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship and a beautiful piece of horological art to hold in your hand.

Circa: 1940's

Style: Art Deco

Case: Beautifully designed and crafted Staybrite stainless steel case with gently domed bezel and case back that slightly overlap the main body to give just the right amount of grip on the sides to hold the watch securely in your fingers.  The bow matches perfectly along with the original inset crown.  Signed inside the back Acier Staybrite with serial numbers.  42.5mm diameter.

Dial: Absolutely gorgeous original factory printed two-tone silver dial with a wonderfully stylish high Art Deco design, Roman numeral hour markers, outer minute track and sub seconds at 6:00.  The circles within circles design elements are again repeated in the perfectly selected Breguet style hands which complete the Art Deco look to perfection.  A very light even patina along with a couple of small imperfections gives this watch that unmistakable vintage feel. Simply stunning in every way.

Movement: Superb quality Geneva stripe decorated manual wind movement, jewelled to the centre wheel with blue Breguet overcoil hairspring and bi-metalic cut balance.  Signed Area 16 Rubis.  Freshly serviced and keeping excellent time with our full 1 year mechanical warranty.
