Straight from the early 1920's Art Nouveau era comes this stylish solid 9K gold cushion shaped wristwatch with "exploding numbers" dial and true vintage feel. While you can see that this watch has been around for the last 90 years or so from the slightly faded condition of the printed numbers, I believe this only adds to the timeless elegance of this timepiece. The rare and desirable cushion shaped case is in excellent condition and fully hallmarked with glass crystal installed, possibly original as well. A beautiful timepiece on the wrist with unmistakable Art Nouveau feel.

Case: Solid 9k gold three piece snap together case with wire lugs and thick glass crystal. Hallmarked inside the back with a London import mark, GS case maker, .375 gold content (9k) and date letter. Measures 26mm by 30.5mm excluding the crown and lugs. 14mm Italian leather strap is installed.
Dial: Original factory printed dial with exaggerated exploding style numbers and inset small seconds at 3:00. Unsigned. Even patina with some fading to the printed numbers.
Movement: Good quality Cyma/Tavannes caliber 030 manual wind movement signed Cyma Swiss Made, 15 Jewels. Recently serviced by our professional watchmaker and in excellent working condition.
