Superb European market Jaeger-LeCoultre Automatic with military style look and early bumper style winding mechanism. The caliber 12A movement was the first automatic produced by JLC and much rarer then the popular calibre 481 with power reserve indicator which was based on the same design. This beautiful example has a wonderful military style dial, original hands, snap back stainless steel case, original crown and best of all, that great vintage look.

Case: Rare solid stainless steel 2-piece snap back military style case measuring 33.5mm in diameter excluding the original crown. Signed inside the back Acier Inoxydable, LeCoultre Co, Swiss. Excellent overall condition.
Dial: Original factory printed dial with luminous number, inside minute track and original hands, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre Automatic, Swiss. A very light patina is present, but as you can see in the pictures in overall superb condition.
Movement: Rare early "bumper" style automatically wound movement caliber 12A, signed LeCoultre Co, 17 Jewels, Unadjusted, Swiss. Excellent cosmetic condition and fully serviced by our watchmaker so keeping great time, ready to wear.
