Style: Mid-Century Dress
Circa: 1950's
Case: Classy solid 9k gold two piece snap back case with a beautifuly thin profile and minimalist style lugs. Measures 33mm in diameter excluding the slightly inset original crown. Inside we find the correct hallmarks for a British cased JLC movement with the maker stamp "DTE" along with a date letter and Karat indications. I am 100% sure this is all original as I have seen many other UK cased examples by Jaeger-LeCoultre made by the same maker. The original crown still looks great, but it should be noted that there is some gold plating missing from the top.
Dial: Original factory printed silver dial with fancy gold semi-circular details and raised gold hour markers. Signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, Swiss. Excellent bright condition with only a few minor blemished.
Movement: Superb quality JLC manual wind movement with indirect center seconds and incabloc protection on the balance, caliber 800/C. Signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, Fab. Suisse, Swiss. Recently serviced and in excellent working condition. Comes with a 90 day mechanical warranty.
