I believe this to be one of the earliest known examples in Baume & Mercier's now famous Baumatic line of automatic wristwatches which are still in production today! Most likely produced in the early 1950's with an absolutely wonderful two-tone sector style dial, hidden crown and high-quality Felsa caliber 1560 automatic movement within. The perfectly aged orange luminous on the dial really pops and coupled with that old style, scrolled Baume & Mercier, Baumatic signature has a simply perfect vintage feel. It came to me after obviously sitting in a drawer for many decades with a period vintage yellow strap that matches the look to perfection. Such a gorgeous watch on the wrist or, if you happened to be building a B&M museum the perfect addition to the collection.
