A stunning solid gold wristwatch from the early 1980's from the famous house of Corum with pure 999.9 gold ingot dial showing beautiful texture with Bank of Switzerland markings, housed in a solid 18k gold case with high grade mechanical movement within. This is a classy, eye-catching and usual watch on the wrist with ist bright gold colour, long tank style shape and diamond studded crown. I comes on its original signed used leather strap with gold plated Corum buckle running beautifully and keeping excellent time.

Case: Solid 18k gold case measuring 24mm wide excluding the beautiful diamond crown, by 40mm lug tip to tip and with a profile only 5.5mm thick! Stamped on the back 18k with Swiss Hallmarks, then inside Corum, 18k 750, Swiss Made with case makers mark 202 in a hammer head (J. Bonnet & Cie of La Chaux-de-Fonds). The 18mm lug spacing is fitted with its original signed Corum lizard grain strap in worn condition with one crack. Would most likely be better to wear the watch on a replacement strap. The original gold plated buckle also shows wear but has the Corum key logo.
Dial: Incredible solid pure 999.9% gold ingot poured bar with beautiful texture, signed Corum Swiss and stamped Argor S.A, SAA, Chiasso, 999.9, Essayeur Fondeur, Gr. 15, 319. Near mint condition with black baton hands.
Movement: Superb high-grade ultra-thin manual wind movement signed Corum, Swiss, 18 Jewels, Adjusted to Three Positions with shock protection on the balance and escape wheels. Beautiful cosmetic and mechanical condition, keeping excellent time. This was is with us on consignment and has been fully tested, most likely recently serviced but does not come with our standard timekeeping warranty.
