Beautiful early Universal Geneve Polerouter Automatic with original cross hair dial, Bombe style lugs and caliber 138SS bumper style movement. This watch has a great vintage look with striking dial, large 36mm diameter case and a very striking presence on the wrist. Beautiful condition throughout.

Case: Large solid stainless steel case with wide Bombe style lugs and a diameter of 36mm. Stamped on the back with the Universal Geneve logo and inside "Swiss, Acier Inoxydable". Crown is not original, but fits the watch perfectly.
Dial: Original factory printed silver dial with fine cross-hair design and luminous dots at each hour. Signed Universal Geneve Polerouter, Automatic, Swiss. Has a slight radium burn where the hands most likely sat for 30 years without moving, but other then that this is in excellent sharp bright condition. Original hands and inner chapter ring also looking great.
Movement: Excellent quality bumper style automatic movement caliber 138SS fully serviced by our watchmaker and in excellent working condition. Signed Universal Geneve 138SS, Swiss, Unadjusted, 17 Jewels. Indirect center seconds and Incabloc protection on the balance.
