A beautiful early 1980's Rolex OP Date in solid stainless steel with gorgeous original blue dial and solid link bracelet complete with original box, paperwork and hang tags. The blue dial is a rare and beautiful colour set off by perfectly patinaed cream colour tritium luminous dots and framed by the simple plain bezel this watch really pops on the wrist. The case and bracelet are unpolished with nice sharp details and light signs of wear throughout. A truly superb example, hard to find with the complete set you see here, freshly serviced and keeping excellent time, ready to enjoy.

Case: Beautiful solid stainless steel case with simple bezel measuring 34mm in diameter excluding the original signed crown. Unrestored and in original unpolished condition with minor signs of wear throughout. Could easily be polished to perfection if so desired. Stamped between the lugs with the model number 15000 at 12:00 and the serial number in the 7 million range dating it to approximately 1981 (not sold until 1985). Inside the back is also fully signed Montres Rolex SA, Geneva Switzerland, Stainless Steel with the model number 15000. The bracelet is also in excellent condition with very minor stretch and surface wear with Oyster style links. It has 15 total links including the 557, 19mm endlinks and is correctly stamped 78350, 19.
Dial: Stunning original factory printed blue dial with applied baton hour markers and date aperture at 3:00. Signed Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, T Swiss T. Original hands are also superb with all original matching cream colour luminous still intact.
Movement: Rolex's famous in-house calibre 3035 movement with quick-set date feature and KIF incabloc protection on the balance. Beautiful cosmetic and mechanical condition throughout, freshly serviced and keeping excellent time with our full 1 year mechanical warranty.
