Stunning unique design to this thin and classic solid 18k gold Art Deco dress watch by the Recta Watch Co. of Switzerland. A very well known manufacture of its day, Recta produced its own movements such as this caliber F with great precision, quality and attention to detail and design. This solid gold case has stylish beveled teardrop style lugs and including the crystal measures only 7.3mm thin. The original dial is also superb with classic Deco styled black numbers and gold dot markers. A beautiful 1930's timepiece in stunning all original condition.

Case: Solid 18k gold snap back case with fancy angled lugs, measuring 31.5mm in diameter and just over 7mm thick. Signed and hallmarked inside the back Recta Watch Co. Swiss, 72, 18K, 0.750.
Dial: Original factory printed dial with black printed numbers at 3, 6, 9 and 12, gold applied markers and small seconds at 6:00. Excellent overall bright condition with just a few light blemishes, most notably on the inset small seconds register.
Movement: Excellent quality Recta manufactured Calibre F manual wind movement signed Recta Watch Co. Swiss, 17 Jewels, Unadjusted. Early shock protection system and Breguet overcoil hairspring. Recently serviced by our watchmaker and in excellent working condition.
