A beautiful early Tudor Oysterthin from 1958 in wonderful all original condition with stunning factory printed dial, alpha style hands with blue steel centre seconds in a very thin profile solid stainless steel Rolex signed case measuring only 8.5mm think including the high dome plastic crystal. I just love the symmetry and patina of the dial which gives it such a classy look on the wrist with that unmistakable vintage feel with that blue steel hand that completes the 1950's look to perfection. It is fitted with a superb quality 21 jewel manually wound movement which has just been serviced and is keeping excellent time. A wonderful vintage 1950's Tudor with that highly desirable 12-3-6-9 dial, ready to wear!

Case: Solid stainless steel case measuring just over 34mm in diameter excluding the original Rolex coronet signed screw-down crown with 19mm lug spacing fitted with a nicely matched tan leather strap. Only 8.5mm thickness in total, with a bezel that is only 6mm thick not including the crystal. Oysterthin indeed! Signed inside the back Montres Tudor SA, Geneva Switzerland, Patented, Stainless Steel.
Dial: Wonderful factory printed original dial with stylized numbers 12-3-6-9 and missile shape markers with printed outer minute track, signed with a small rose, Tudor Oysterthin, 21 Rubies, Shock-Resisting, Swiss. It has a lovely light even patina giving it that unmistakable vintage look. The original alpha style hour and minute hands are paired with the blue steel seconds, all in a condition consistent with the dial with matching luminous fill.
