A sharp and classy vintage 1962 Rolex Oyster Royal featuring a gorgeous factory printed original silver dial in sharp and bright condition, housed in a beautifully thin 35mm diameter case measuring only 10mm thick including the high-dome crystal! It wears comfortably on the wrist with its full length riveted Rolex bracelet. I just love the simple clarity of the dial with those lightly aged original alpha style hands with center seconds. Case: Solid stainless steel Oyster style waterproof case measuring 35mm in diameter excluding the original signed Rolex screw-down crown. Beautiful thin profile measuring only 7.5mm thick from bezel to back and 10mm thick including the plastic crystal. Excellent lightly worn condition throughout consistent with age with surprisingly little stretch in the Rolex signed bracelet which will fit up to a 7-1/2 inch wrist. This watch is fully tested waterproof at the time of service with the crown screwed down.
Dial: Stunning and clean original factory printed dial with silver background and baton style makers, signed Rolex Oyster Royal, Precision, Swiss. The original alpha style hands show light patina giving the watch a lovely vintage feel and are easily legible against the clean silver background.
Movement: Immaculate high-grade Rolex in-house caliber 1215 manual wind movement with indirect center seconds, Breguet over-coil hairspring and balance shock protection. Signed Montre Rolex SA, Geneve, Swiss, 17 Jewels. Freshly serviced by our watchmaker and in excellent working condition, keeping great time with our full 1-year mechanical warranty.
