Case: High quality "Staybrite" stainless steel case with fancy triple stepped bezel with a delicate brushed and polished finish, in superb condition throughout. Measures 46mm in diameter excluding the stem and original crown. Signed inside the back with the famous Longines winged hourglass logo, E F Co, Longines, Staybrite, Acier Inox, and model number 21498.
Dial: Lovely factory original dial with printed outer minute track, black deco style numbers and large sub-seconds at 6:00, signed Longines Fab. Suisse (European market). As you can see in the pictures, some very slight crazing and patina is visible under magnification, but overall this dial is actually quite bright to the naked eye and has that timeless vintage look.
Movement: High quality Longines caliber 37.93 manual wind movement with 15 bright ruby jewels and beautiful blue steel hairspring. Signed Longines with the serial number dating the watch to 1939. Freshly serviced by our watchmaker and in excellent working condition, keeping great time.
