Absolutely stunning vintage 1980's Gerald Genta designed IWC Yacht Club II wristwatch in a huge 38mm solid stainless steel case with beautiful octagonal brushed/polished forms and original roman numeral dial. In wonderful lightly used condition with very minor signs of wear throughout and perfectly matched with a very soft and comfortable custom made rubber strap. With echos from Gerald Genta's other famous designs such as the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and Patek Philippe Nautilus this IWC has a soft, yet bold minimalist look with simple forms layered with vertical, horizontal and circular brushed surfaces with polished details. The case is huge, measuring 38mm across excluding the original signed crown, yet ultra-thin measuring only 7.5mm thick. A truly stunning piece of horological design and execution from the famous house of IWC.

Case: Solid stainless steel jumbo size case measuring 38mm across excluding the original signed crown. Signed inside the case back IWC Probus Scafusia, International Watch Co, Swiss, Stainless Steel, 3312. Overall superb cosmetic condition with very little signs of surface wear throughout. Fitted with a soft black rubber custom fit strap to match the form of the case.
Dial: Mint original factory printed white dial with roman numeral hour markers and date aperture at 3:00. Signed IWC, International Watch Co, Schaffhausen, Yacht Club II, Quartz, Swiss. Original black baton hands match to perfection.
