A stunning late 1970's Tudor Prince Oysterdate in stainless steel with rare and beautiful notched bezel on an original Spillman signed Rolex designed case with a freshly serviced caliber 2784 movement within, ready to wear! In superb all original condition, this high quality Tudor timepiece is both dressy and sporty at once with its sharp silver dial and black highlighted hour makers with simple baton hands. The sectioned style bezel give it a uniquely Tudor look as Rolex never used this style on its watches. That said, it is a Rolex signed case with both a coronet embossed crown and "Oyster Case By Rolex " stamp on the back. Fitted on a simple black leather strap this watch is comfortable to wear, durable, test water-resistant, looks sharp with any outfit and is of the type of quality Tudor/Rolex is famous for.

Case: Solid stainless steel case measuring 35mm in diameter excluding the original signed screw-down crown with a lovely thin profile measuring only 10mm thick including the domed plastic crystal. Superb brushed/polished condition looking sharp on the wrist. Stamped on the back Original Oyster Case By Rolex Geneva, then inside Montres Tudor SA, Geneve Switzerland Patented, Stainless Steel with makers mark C.R.S. (C.R. Spillman). Between the lugs at 12 is stamped the model reference number 9071/4 then at 6 a serial number in the 860XXX range dating it to approximately 1977.
Dial: Super factory printed original silver dial with shield logo at 12 and applied baton style markes with date aperture at 3. Signed Tudor Prince Oysterdate, Rotor Self-Winding, Swiss. Superb sharp condition with matching original baton style hands.
Movement: Tudor calibre 2784 automatic movement produced by ETA with KIF balance shock protection, quick-set date function and blue steel screws on the balance module.
