A gorgeous vintage 1930's LeCoultre Reverso in stainless steel from the European market with rare Art Deco printed numeral dial, blue steel hands and a superb in-house JLC caliber 410 movement. This legendary design is an Art Deco icon and this example is in lovely all original condition with a rare printed dial patinaed to perfection giving it that unmistakable vintage feel. It is stunning on the wrist, perfectly matched with a new old stock vintage pigskin grey leather strap.

Case: Solid stainless steel 3-piece case measuring 23mm wide by 38mm lug tip to tip with matching serial numbers on the back, body and movement holder inside. Stamped on the back of the case Patent, Acier Staybrite, Fab.Suisse (indicating European Market), W. The case has been polished at some point in the past with light surface wear since then. Inside the back is also fully signed Brevete S.G.D.G Brev.Der Div.Pays Patents Appl.For with matching serial number. The main body slides over and flips perfectly then clips back in with two spring loaded ball bearings at 1:00 and 5:00. There is a bit of play in how the body sits in the back from years of use, but overall the reversing mechanism works exactly as it should. The glass crystal is near perfect and give you a sharp clear view of the dial within. Fitted with a beautiful new old stock vintage pigskin 17mm strap with matching original silver buckle.
Dial: Stunning original factory printed silver dial with rare black Art Deco style numbers and sub seconds at 6:00, signed LeCoultre, Swiss. The lovely light even patina gives in a beautiful look behind those iconic blue steel sword style hands.
Movement: Superb quality in-house designed and manufactured LeCoultre calibre 410 (11""" U) manual wind movement produced between 1933 and 1938 with 15 jewels and Geneva stripe decoration on the movement plates.
