This 1935 Movado "Acvatic" early waterproof watch is in fantastic condition with a stunning two-tone dial and bright luminous paint. I love the look of those heavy mono style lugs and red tipped seconds hand. This timepiece is in all original condition right down to the near perfect crystal. Truly amazing for a 75 year old timepiece. Included are some pictures from an old Movado brochure (not included in sale). "Neither winter's cold nor summer's heat, nor storm nor flood can swerve them from their appointed task". A fine example in superb condition supplied on a new old stock vintage leather strap.
