A superb early Heuer Carrera Automatic Chronograph in solid stainless steel with 1st execution dial & hands with calibre 11 movement which was only produced for one year before being replaced by the calibre 12.  This example is in wonderful lightly used condition throughout with stunning panda style dial and Tachy @ 3 outer chapter ring. Most likely from the first or second year of production, this watch has survived in wonderful all original condition with original crown and the movement is spotless and keeping excellent time after a full service here at Meticulous.

Style: Sport, Chronograph

Case: Two-piece solid stainless steel case measuring 38mm across excluding the original crown and pushers with light surface wear throughout and a simple initial engraving on the back.  Inside the back is correctly signed Heuer-Leonidas SA, Swiss, Stainless steel. The 20mm lug spacing is fitted with a high quality genuine leather rally style leather strap with stainless steel buckle.

Dial: Absolutely stunning original factory printed dial with silver background and deep matte grey subdials and outer chapter ring with applied markers and date aperture at 6:00.  Superb bright and clean condition with clear, sharp printing and a faint sunburst style texture radiating from the centre.  Signed Heuer Carrera, Automatic Chronograph, Swiss.

Movement: Very early automatic chronograph caliber 11 with micro-rotor automatic winding under the chronograph module head onto the top of the movement with 3 blued screws.  This movement beats at 19800 VPH and was only produced for about a year before it was replaced by the caliber 12 which has a higher beat rate of 21600 VPH. It is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition with all functions working properly.  Freshly serviced at Meticulous and comes with our full 1 year mechanical warranty, ready to wear!
