Case: Solid stainless steel snap back case with a nice thin profile and fancy long horn lugs. Measures 33mm in diameter excluding the crown by just 8mm thick. This case shows some signs of age and use, but is constant with the dial and gives it a wonderful vintage feel. Signed inside the back Modele Depose, Longines, Acier Inoxydable with model number 3242. Comes on a nicely matched micro-grain 18mm genuine leather strap with stainless steel buckle.
Dial: Original factory printed dial with Art Deco style numbers, outer minute dots in silver on black with sub-seconds at 6 also framed in black. It has a lovely even patina giving it a very soft, one-of-a-kind "tropic" look on the wrist.
Movement: Superb quality Longines in-house designed and manufactured calibre 27M manual wind movement, signed Longines with the serial number 6,889,XXX dating the watch to 1944. Freshly serviced and keeping great time with our full one year mechanical warranty, ready to wear.
