Case: 3 piece snap together chrome plated case with stainless steel back signed Fond Acier, Lusina Swiss. Measures 32.5mm in diameter excluding the crown. 17mm strap.
Dial: Original factory printed black dial with raised steel numbers and markers signed Lusina Geneve, Extra, Incabloc, Swiss.
Movement: Excellent quality manual wind movement signed Lusina, Swiss, 16 Jewels.
While Lusina Geneve is not the best known name in vintage watches these days I truly think they should be. They were a top quality Swiss based retailer and producer of fine and extremely stylish timepieces in the early part of the 20th century. This is a great example. Wonderful stylized faceted lugs, clean deco style black dial with sharp raised markers and outer minute track. This is a gorgeous watch in amazing condition. Even the chrome plated bezel shows very little wear. A wonderful vintage timepiece at a very affordable price.
