Case: Heavy solid stainless steel case measuring 41.5mm across (excluding the Omega signed crown) by 45mm lug tip to tip.  Signed on the back with the Omega logo and Speedmaster.  The case has quite a bit of wear with a few nicks and some scratches on the case back.  The original chamfers or polished facets on the curved edge are still very visible on the bezel and with light overall swirling which gives it a strong vintage look on the wrist.  Signed inside the case back Omega Watch Co, Fab Suisse, Swiss Made, Brevet + 487449, Acier Inoxydable, 145.014.  The crystal has been replaced with a high quality replica made to look exactly like original.  Comes on a perfectly matched black 20mm leather strap with generic brushed stainless steel buckle.
