A truly gorgeous WW2 era Tissot Antimagnetique wristwatch in solid stainless steel with stunning original two-tone black dial with rose/copped details, patinaed with a rare and beautiful "oil slick" tropic background. This is one of those examples that you simply could never reproduce or ask for a more beautiful natural aging of the dial. So COOL! The stainless steel case is in lovely unpolished condition with lights signs of surface wear, original crown and the movement within in running beautifully, having just been serviced by our watchmaker.

Case: Solid stainless steel waterproof style case measuring 35mm in diameter excluding the original crown. Stamped on the back, Tissot Swiss, Non-Magnetic, Waterproof, Shock-Absorber, then inside Acier Inoxydable, Chs Tissot & Fils, Tissot Fab Suisse, Swiss Made with the model numbers 6445-2 and 6446. Comes on a nicely matched,18mm lightly used Horween black leather strap.
Dial: Truly stunning original factory printed dial with black patinaed background and copper rose colour numbers, minute and seconds track. Hands are rose gold colour and match perfectly.
Movement: Superb quality Tissot in-house caliber 27.3 manual wind movement with 15 jewels including an with early shock resist system on the balance jewels. Surrounded with an anti-magnetic movement ring to protect the watch from magnetism. Signed Tissot, Swiss with a serial number dating it to 1945. Freshly serviced by our watchmaker and in excellent working condition.
