This stunning tissot is almost exactly the same watch produced by it sister company, Omega, in the 1930's. The unique clip on style case presses and locks the back against an interior gasket placed in the bezel protecting it from water invasion. This same watch was sold under the Omega name as the "Marine Standard" series. While you would pay 3 to 4 times the amount for the Omega version, this Tissot is in wonderful overall condition and a superb investment especially with the rare black dial. The case is realively small, but with the 19mm wide strap, it look a lot bigger on the wrist. Don't miss out on this rare early waterproof Tissot as they don't come around very often.
