Extremely rare and unusual vintage wrist alarm by the Longines/Wittnauer Watch Company with unique rotating bezel to wind and set the alarm mechanism.  The unique caliber 10WA movement is housed in this super stylish 1950's case with fancy wedge shape numbers on the textured dial.  To set the alarm, the bezel is turned counter-clockwise with the "vibrating" blue alarm hand turning with it.   Simultaneously, by the same action the alarm mainspring is also wound so the alarm will go off at the set time.  The other unique feature is the repeater like gong housed inside the bezel of the case.  When the bezel is removed (5th image) the inner gong and the tip of its sounding hammer can be seen.  This is a very rare and sought after alarm wristwatch with wonderfully inventive engineering and stylish design from the heyday of the Longines/Wittnauer Watch Co.
